Maths is a lot of balls…

The Edinburgh Mathematical Society’s annual Popular Lecture will be held on the afternoon of Friday 17 February 2012. It will be given by Dr Colin Wright, a “pure” mathematician who specialises in the mathematics of juggling (and can demonstrate it with or without a unicycle). The talk should be mathematically accessible as well as being great entertainment!

If you’re interested in attending the lecture, please contact me (david.pritchard@strath.ac.uk) and I’ll try to organise a group to go through to Edinburgh together.
